Shipping Policy
Once your product is ordered you will recieve an order conformation email. This email will include your order number. Once ordered, each order can take from 1-4 calendar days to be processed by our shipping team. After your order has been processed and is enroute to you. You will recieve another email containing tracking information for your order.

Domestically (lower 48 states): Once processed an order dependent on the shipping method can take 6-8 buisness days to arrive.

Internationally:
Once processed an order dependent on the shipping method can take 10-14 buisness days to arrive.
We are not responible for hidden import / customs fees imposed after purchase.

Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accpeted by Cloud Cowboy up to 14 days after recviving the order.
​
Acceptable reasons for returns include: Wrong Size, Damaged Product, Incorrect Product Recvived etc.
​
Any reasons not listed may be honored on a case by case basis with the costumer service team.
​
All shipping Return costs will be covered by Cloud Cowboy.
Refunds are granted by Cloud Cowboy to the orginal payment method provided for the order within 48 hours of the refund being granted by the costumer service team.
Refunds will be awared on a case by case the Cloud Cowboy costumer service team.

If a return is associated with a refund. It is the expectation that the order will be on it's way back Cloud Cowboy with shipping conformation prior to issueing a refund.

Exchange Policy
Exchanges are welcomed within 10 calendar of reciving your order.

To begin an exchange, we ask you contact our costumer service team with your order number. From there our team will evaluate your case and determine if we can provide an exchange.
​
Due to our products being limited addition, we can not garnentee we will have your new product in stock. If this is the case we are willing to issue a half refund of order valve.
​
Once it is determined we can exchange your order. We will send you a return label to ship the orginal product back to us. Once the order arrives back at our warehouse. We will ship your new order all expense covered following the shipping policy provided on this page.
